I ended up needing the warranty after one of my shades started sticking a few months in. I figured from the tone of their first reply that it was going to be a standard process, maybe not super fast, and that turned out to be about right.
Support did get back to me, but there were a couple days between messages, and I had to send photos more than once. Nobody was rude or anything, but the whole exchange just felt a little slow and slightly disorganized.

They eventually approved the replacement part, and it showed up in good shape, so I’ll give them credit for actually honoring the warranty. Still, it took longer than I think it should have, so I’d call it a 3-star experience

I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept failing over and over. I literally got so frustrated that I just gave up

I’ll just say upfront, I’m not someone who guessed or rushed through this. I measured my windows twice before ordering because I knew custom shades needed to be accurate, and they still showed up not fitting right.

One side is too narrow, and the length just looks off, so now there are gaps that make the whole thing look bad. The measuring instructions on the site seemed simple enough, but clearly something didn’t translate the way it should have.

For the price, it’s frustrating. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the measurements to match what I ordered, and I wouldn’t order again unless they make the measuring info a lot clearer

The site looks really neat and fits my patio vibe perfectly. I’m happy with how it turned out overall, but I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer along the way.

I had a frustrating time trying to return my order. I followed their instructions and emailed them, but then it was just days of waiting and getting replies that didn’t really answer anything. The shade didn’t fit/work for my car, so I wasn’t asking for much, just a refund. It still hasn’t been sorted, and the whole thing kind of gives the impression they don’t make returns easy for a reason. I wouldn’t order from them again...

I had to keep chasing them just to get any kind of update, which got old quickly. When they did reply, it was slow and didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like no one knew what was going on or who was supposed to help. By the end, I was just tired and disappointed because I really expected better.

We’ve had a few windy days lately, my gut says these shades are holding up better than I expected. They’re not totally perfect when the gusts get really strong, but for normal windy weather, they’ve stayed put well. Overall, I’m feeling good about them so far.

It took me some time to decide, mostly because I’m careful about spending money. I wanted to make sure it was actually worth the price before going for it. In the end, I’m glad I did

I put these sun shades up in the back rooms because they get absolutely blasted by the afternoon sun. I didn’t really have high expectations, but right away I had that feeling like, okay, this is actually making a difference.
The rooms still warm up a bit, especially later in the day, but it doesn’t have that stuffy oven vibe anymore. I’ve also noticed the AC isn’t kicking on as constantly, which is a nice bonus. i’m really glad I got them and kind of wish I’d trusted my gut and done it sooner

The sun shades look good and they do what they’re supposed to, so no big complaints there. That said, the fabric is a bit thinner than I thought it would be. After a few weeks outside, I’m already noticing some small wear marks. It’s not awful or anything, just doesn’t feel super tough. For the price, I’d say it’s kinda just okay.

The brackets and screws actually felt solid, not cheap or flimsy at all. It took me a little while to get everything lined up during mounting, but once it was on, it stayed nice and tight. Overall, I’m happy with the quality. The only downside was the instructions being a bit unclear, which made the setup more frustrating than it needed to be and felt preventable.

I really wanted to like the motorized shades, but they were more frustrating than anything. They moved slowly, would randomly stop halfway, and the remote only worked when it felt like it
I thought they’d make things easier, but I kept having to press the button over and over just to get them in the right spot. i wouldn’t buy them again

i mean, these have definitely helped with the afternoon glare, and the room feels a bit cooler too. They don’t make it completely dark, but it’s good enough for me. Took a little adjusting to get the fit right, but overall I’m happy with them.

I didn’t have a good experience with this site, reading between the lines, it just didn’t feel like something I could trust or rely on. Nothing about it made me want to come back, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

The price was fair, so I can’t really complain too much there, but overall the value just felt okay. I kind of felt like I was being passed around a bit, which made the whole experience less smooth than I expected. Not terrible, just not something that really stood out either.

The delivery didn’t make a great first impression. The box showed up kind of dented and the tape was loose, so I was already worried before even opening it. Luckily, the shade inside was fine and wasn’t damaged, but they really should pack it better next time
